Utstilling i Palermo – sept 2020

PALERMO / SICILIA, 8. – 12. SEPTEMBER 2020

In January, during an art trip to Florence, I was selected by a jury to take part in a major international exhibition in Palermo, Sicily.
”International Norman Biennial”. A large group exhibition with artists from all over the world.

The exhibition took place in beautiful Monreale, not far from Palermo. Every participating artist received the Guglielmo Prize – a statuette with a note on what led the jury to choose that artist and their work for the exhibition.

A large international exhibition with hundreds of visitors, where curators, collectors and other contacts come to meet the artists, and a selection of the artists receive awards. I took part with the painting “The forever sun”, 140×200 cm.

It certainly stands out in size on this wall.

The well-known art critic Vittorio Sgarbi assessing the works. He had some very kind words about my painting.
It was crowded at the opening.
